Our Project Monitoring and Lender Services team is looking for an Analyst - Student to join us in our Montreal office.

**What You Get to Learn and Do**
- Assist in conducting site inspections.
- Support the preparation of periodic reviews of progress claim reports.
- Support the preparation of budget reviews through detailed analysis of development proposals with comprehensive knowledge of typical lender requirements and terms of engagement.
- Undertaking project tasks and provide administrative support as needed.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Learn about maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- Learn the business trends and impacts on the real estate and construction industries in the local market.
**What You'll Bring**
- Having 0+ years of relevant experience.
- Enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution equivalent to Architectural Building Technology, Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Construction Engineering or Project Management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with good organizational, communication and report writing skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and ability to work to own initiatives.
- Demonstrates attention to detail to produce quality work with good time management.
- Hold a valid drivers license.
- A great attitude and desire to learn
