**Position Responsibilities**:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of back-office operations and effectively execute daily controls.
- Support daily production activities within operations, providing critical assistance to the team.
- Collaborate with technical experts to design and improve automation processes for greater efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of management reporting decks.
- Analyze and address complex operational challenges.
- Gain hands-on experience with Power Apps and other major ABOR platforms.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields; actively pursuing CPA designation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Preferred: Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
