**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Supply Chain Team in Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual reporting.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and monitoring stock status to ensure optimal supply.
- Teamwork with logistics teams to facilitate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and assist with inventory audits.
- Assist in month-end inventory reconciliation across all warehouses and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
- Assist in the creation of work orders for various assembly teams and ensure the tracking system is accurate and up-to-date.
- Help analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain various supply chain data within the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Communicate with various departments to coordinate supply chain activities and resolve issues.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and streamline reporting processes.
**Education and Experience**
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Prior experience with ERP or SAP is a major asset
**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Passionate about the environment, sustainable living and eradication of plastic in households
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced work environment
- Foundational knowledge with Excel and/or other spreadsheet programs is essential
- Excellent comprehension of logistics & fulfillment is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
