**The Opportunity**

E M Fluids is looking to hire a full-time Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper to work with our growing team. The Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Office Administration and Bookkeeping with the ability to work in a small team and multitask on a daily basis. A Business Administration/Accounting diploma is a definite asset.

This position reports to the VP Finance & Administration.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Responsible for various administration activities of the company including shipping/receiving, scheduling travel, assisting staff with tracking and reporting requirements

Review, code and enter into the accounting system all invoices, expense reports

Reconciliation of monthly bank statements and corporate credit cards

Payment of invoices through online banking modules

Creating purchase orders and maintaining purchase order reports

Administering payroll (ADP Payroll), vacation tracking

Require working proficiency with AR/AP, WSIB, HST

Creating and maintaining tracking lists and schedules

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 8 years bookkeeping and accounting experience

Must have 8 years direct working experience with Quickbooks accounting package

Business Administration/Accounting Diploma an asset

Office management experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills

Capable of learning to use new software and online tools

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong computer software skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
