**Role Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager with strong bookkeeping experience to support our finance and operations team. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys a varied workday, is comfortable managing financial responsibilities, and thrives in a high-trust, collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Financial Duties**
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments
- Run payroll and assist with expense management
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly reconciliations and sales tax reports (HST, QST, RST, PST)
- Support and improve CRM data accuracy to align with the sales process
**Operational Tasks**
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments of products
- Assist with vendor onboarding, contracts, and procurement tracking
- Support logistics and coordination for team and customer events
- Work cross-functionally on internal improvement projects as needed
**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain office supply inventory and equipment needs
- Organize digital and physical filing systems
- Contribute to a positive office environment
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or financial administration experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Zoho Books/Zoho CRM or other finance and CRM platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills (financial formulas, data validation, etc)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be eligible for and capable of obtaining Secret Level Security Clearance
