Nepean, Canada Rent In Ottawa Property Management Inc. Full time

Job Requirements:

- Data entry for all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & credit card transactions
- Coordinate and process reports for Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Tax reporting, including CRA remittances and filings (HST & Payroll)
- Miscellaneous duties as required by management

Skills Required:

- College or university degree in business/accounting
- A minimum 3 years experience working as a bookkeeper
- Quick Books Accounting would be considered an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook)
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- You are mature, a self-starter and remain calm under pressure
- You are dependable & reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:
