We’re looking for a **Client Care & Administrative Coordinator** to be the welcoming face and voice of our firm while keeping our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate client files, including CRA correspondence and document management.
- Support billing, payment collection, and simple bookkeeping/data entry.
- Help organize calendars, reminders, and task tracking (Outlook, Airtables)
- Keep the office organized and ensure client interactions are handled professionally and warmly.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills—you enjoy working with clients.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- Experience in an admin, office coordinator, or client care role.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, TaxCycle) is a plus.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional—you’ll be handling sensitive financial information.
- 4 years of experience in an office type setting or business leadership role.
