**Customer Care Coordinator**
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for increasing customer retention, and maintaining and promoting an exceptional customer experience. The position is responsible for booking sales and service appointments, following up service customer concerns and managing customer calls.

**Essential Job Duties**
- Work with the the Sales and Service Managers, and general staff in the Service Department
- Positively motivate, and support a successful Sales and Service environment;
- Coordinate activities with the Sales and Service Managers to ensure staffing requirements match bookings
- Continuously engage customers, provide outstanding customer experiences, and drive referral and repeat business;
