**Administrative Assistant - Receptionist - Service Coordination**

**Location**:Aurora, ON
**Full-Time | 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)**
**Monday to Friday | 8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. | 35 Hours/Week**

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will provide general administrative support to Service Coordination and general office support including front desk coverage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors and provide front desk coverage during regular office hours (8:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M.)
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide general administrative support to the Service Coordination team
- Support day-to-day office operations

**Qualifications**:

- Training in office administration and a minimum of 1 year of related administrative experience.
- At least 1 year of front desk/reception experience with excellent telephone etiquette.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database software (GOLDCARE is an asset).
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a high-volume setting.
- Positive and professional demeanor in both face-to-face and phone interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both official languages (English or French), or other languages, an asset.
