Administrative Assistant

**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Invoicing completed inspections and creating estimates
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents
- Contacting customers regarding outstanding invoices/collections
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and Outlook are a must for this position.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office clerk, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
