We are a well-established subsurface utility inspection and mapping company in Milton. We are looking for an experienced Business Administrator to join our team. You will assist with office management/organization and project coordination.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with preparing quotations/proposals
- Job cost tracking
- Assist with preparing invoices
- Employee Timesheet and Expenses Processing.
- Assisting with Monthly Financial Reporting
- Assisting with project coordination (e.g. arranging/acquiring road occupancy permits, coordination of utility locates, gaining approvals for bulk water accounts)
- Assisting with management of electronic filing systems.
- Management of Accounts Payable and Management of a Purchase Order System.
- Office / Shop Inventory Tracking/Management.
- Development and management of vehicle maintenance tracking/management.
- Management of COR Health and Safety documents.

Qualifications:

- Previous administrative / office management experience.
- Familiarity with quality, and health and safety standards
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Superior organizational and planning abilities

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
