Kelly's customer, a fast-growing company is looking for a Sales Administrator who will support 5 sales representatives across Canada. Their culture values speed, overachievement, and teamwork in a busy, supportive office environment.

This newly created, permanent role will provide comprehensive administrative and inside sales support to a team of sales reps. You will act as a key point of contact assisting with calendar management, sales orders, quoting, travel arrangements, CRM updates, and direct customer or supplier communications.

Responsibilities

  • Support 5 sales reps by managing calendars, booking meetings, travel, and organizing events.
  • Prepare quotes and complete sales order entries in Acumatica.
  • Respond to online inquiries, update HubSpot CRM, and liaise directly with customers for standard product orders.
  • Contact suppliers/customers to verify costs and details.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding/training and occasional customer site visits (first 2 months).
  • Perform general office administration and support as assigned.
  • Rarely assist in warehouse inventory or product checks.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of administrative support experience (ideally in sales, construction, trades, or order entry).
  • Strong sense of urgency, proactive work ethic, and ability to "stun with speed."
  • Excellent English communication: professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Solid technical mindset (comfortable with quoting, understanding product logistics, basic dimensions).
  • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot) and ERP/order entry software (Acumatica preferred).
  • Resilient, thick-skinned team player able to manage multiple personalities and shifting priorities.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Reporting & Work Environment

  • Reports to the Business Sales Manager.
  • Training: Structured 90-day onboarding plus ongoing, in-role learning; supportive team available onsite for questions.
  • Busy but not high-pressure; ability to assist multiple Sales Representatives and customers daily.
  • Modern 2-floor office attached to warehouse (no regular warehouse duties).
