Chaschuk Enterprises Ltd. is a locally owned and operated, community-focused business that has provided heavy equipment rentals and expert services in forestry, general construction, aggregates, and mining in Northwestern Ontario since 2006.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties would include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing administrative activities. This position would be a Monday-to-Friday role.

We are seeking someone looking for a long-term opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment, who is self-motivated and willing to learn. We support employee development and are willing to train as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with the Financial Administrator and General Manager to assist and handle requests.
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain the filing system. Includes payables, receivables, and maintenance records.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Book hotel accommodations
- Daily entry of payables into the accounting system
- Daily maintenance of service records for CVOR vehicles and equipment
- Responsible for being part of the Joint Health & Safety Committee
- Assist in the daily maintenance of the Geotab ELD program
- Other tasks as required

Requirements and Skills
- 1 or more years of experience in administrative support
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word)
- Sage software experience would be an asset but not required
- GeoTab software experience would be an asset but not required
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- High school degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant would be an asset
- G licence and own transportation

Compensation
- Hourly rate from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
