Duties include:

- Purchasing materials for Office and Projects as directed
- Assisting Controller with Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Receiving and directing clients in person or by phone
- Collaborating with co-workers on efficiencies and best practices
- Manage Health and Safety regulations
- Manage industry specific certification paperwork
- Managing files and paperwork

Work Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in an office environment
- Computer literacy including Excel, Word, Quickbooks
- Bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Purchasing Experience is an asset
- Organized, responsible, proactive
- Effective at multi-tasking and focus
- Good communication skills
- Adaptive to collaborating with various co-workers on concurrent projects

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year
