Our team is looking for a **full-time** **Proposal Coordinator **who is driven to deliver their best work every day and are committed to working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create/format proposals and presentations, collaborating with the Marketing team to help curate collateral, maintain various task lists and spreadsheets
- Oversee RFP process, receiving, tracking critical dates, ensuring RFP is executed and submitted within required timeframe and regularly updating clients and colleagues
- Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
- Coordinate with discipline leads and project management team to integrate technical content and proposal materials
- Review, format and proofread proposal documents, and corporate materials; assist with presentation development and coordination of materials / content; collaborate with marketing and BD team, for executive summary content and technical write-ups
- Support manager, BD and proposal team with marketing initiatives and account plans, as required; general admin tasks (attend / book meetings, order catering, formatting, etc.)
- Occasional attendance, setup and take down of corporate industry events / conferences, as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2 years experience in technical writing or in an administrative role
- 2-4 years experience in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma in Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Team player, willing to take on new challenges
- Excellent time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
- Attention to detail, critical and analytical thinking, problem solving
