In this role, you will join the Regional Marketing Team, based in one of our EXP offices nationwide.

This opportunity offers a full-time career-oriented position with our growing and dynamic team. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator reporting to the Marketing Manager for Central & Western Canada, you will be working with leaders across the regional practices and across various markets on significant proposals and marketing initiatives. **What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Manage, develop and coordinate proposals from long lead to RFP; analyze requirements, set-up kick-off meetings with technical leads, coordinate proposal requirements with internal and external parties, contribute to written and graphic content; provide reviews; handle production and delivery
- Build and develop presentation slide decks and relevant business development related, marketing materials
- Develop and maintain support materials, such as boilerplate content, resumes, project sheets, images, testimonials
- Use your creativity to develop a variety of marketing materials
- Support PR initiatives, including social media
- Brand ambassador of EXP - ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and design consistency.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to obtain/exchange information
- Maintain and enter data in EXP’s CRM databaseEstablish and maintain positive relationships with internal teams at all levels

**What your experience looks like**
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or a mix of work experience in proposals.
- Two to five years of experience coordinating proposals, ideally in the engineering industry.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Experience with CRM software, such as Deltek is an asset
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel to local offices
