**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for team members, including organizing meetings and events.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Assist with human resources functions such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and training & development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks and oversee budgeting activities.
- Supervise front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Organize filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and information.
- Support event planning efforts by coordinating logistics for company events and meetings.
- Provide clerical support as needed, including data entry, correspondence management, and document preparation.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through effective team management and communication.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for interacting with staff and vendors.
- Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
- Background in supervising teams or individuals is advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
