**Now Hiring: Field Sales Associate - G&C Home Solutions**

Green and Clean Home Solutions is a fast-expanding business serving the Mississauga and Etobicoke areas. We offer a range of home improvement services, including interior and exterior painting, staining, window cleaning, eavestrough care, and pressure washing. We’re looking for a motivated and personable Field Sales Associate to become part of our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door outreach in areas familiar with our brand to generate interest.
- Take part in daily team meetings to share updates, set goals, and plan strategies.
- Log leads and manage follow-ups using our CRM platform.
- Arrange estimate appointments with homeowners you engage during canvassing.
- Present our services clearly and address common questions.
- Support local awareness efforts and grassroots marketing campaigns.
- Achieve personal and team targets for leads and quotes booked.
- Join twice-monthly virtual meetings to review results and set objectives.
- Commit to ongoing skill development and take initiative in the role.

- Have experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Thrive working both independently and as part of a team.
- Are organized, dependable, and manage time well.

**Compensation**: 100% commission-based.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$24.64 per hour
