**Now Hiring: Field Sales Representative - Join Our Expanding Team**
Green and Clean Home Solutions is a rapidly growing home services company operating in the Etobicoke and Mississauga regions. We specialize in residential and commercial painting, window and eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing, and wood staining. We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to help us reach more homeowners and grow our local presence.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Door-to-door outreach in areas where our services are already known
- Join daily team huddles to fine-tune strategy and share updates
- Use company software to log potential clients and follow-up details
- Book estimates by identifying promising leads during canvassing
- Clearly communicate our services and confidently answer customer questions
- Help with community outreach initiatives and support marketing activities
- Aim for individual and group sales targets
- Attend bi-weekly check-in meetings to stay aligned with team goals
- Take initiative to grow your role and skillset over time

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communicator with a positive and professional attitude
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and organized with good time management skills
- Open to feedback and motivated to improve

**Compensation**: This is a commission-based role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
