Green and Clean Home Solutions is a rapidly growing company in the Etobicoke and Mississauga area that specializes in providing interior and exterior painting/staining, window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing. We are currently seeking a field sales associate to join our team and help drive our continued growth.

**As a Sales Representative, You Will Be Responsible For**:
- **Lead Management**:
- Calling and converting qualified leads into scheduled in-person estimate appointments.
- Following structured sales systems to maximize success rates.
- **Project Estimation**:
- Visiting clients’ homes to assess project needs and provide accurate cost estimates based on company quoting standards.
- Ensuring clear communication of project details and addressing client inquiries effectively.
- **Closing Sales**:
- Securing client commitment by collecting deposits in person once jobs are booked.
- Delivering excellent service to reinforce client trust and satisfaction.
- **Administrative and Reporting Duties**:
- Navigating company software to record client data and update project progress.
- Participating in bi-weekly virtual meetings to evaluate performance and align on goals.
- **Learning and Development**:
- Attending in-depth training sessions to build technical and sales expertise.
- Continuously improving sales acumen through feedback and team collaboration.
- Driver's license and personal vehicle is **required.**:
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication abilities with a friendly, engaging personality.
- **Sales or Customer Service Experience**: Proven ability to connect with clients and close sales.
- **Detail Orientation**: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all estimates and project specifics are accurate.
- **Adaptability and Drive**: Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
- **Professionalism**: A reliable, accountable, and coachable approach to work.
- **Organizational Skills**: Proficiency in managing time and balancing multiple tasks effectively.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $5,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
