**Green and Clean Home Solutions** is a dynamic and rapidly growing company serving the Etobicoke and Mississauga regions. We specialize in home services such as interior/exterior painting and staining, window cleaning, eavestrough maintenance, and pressure washing. We’re currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic **Field Sales Associate** to join our expanding team and play a key role in our continued growth.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Door-to-door outreach in areas where our brand already has a presence to engage potential new clients.
- Attend daily team huddles focused on sales strategy and progress updates.
- Utilize internal software tools to track leads and manage client interactions.
- Book estimate appointments by identifying qualified leads during canvassing efforts.
- Address frequently asked questions and explain our services with confidence and clarity.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional initiatives that enhance brand awareness.
- Strive to meet individual and group targets related to lead generation and quote bookings.
- Join bi-weekly online check-ins to review performance and align on goals.
- Stay proactive in learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities as you grow.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Confident communicator with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, independent, and able to thrive in both solo and team environments.
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Dependable, eager to develop new skills, and open to feedback.

**Compensation**: Commission-based
