Green and Clean Home Solutions is a rapidly growing company in the Etobicoke and Mississauga area that specializes in providing interior and exterior painting/staining, window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing. We are currently seeking a field sales associate to join our team and help drive our continued growth.

**As a Field Sales Associate, you will be responsible for**:

- Canvassing neighbourhoods where the company has existing business to acquire new leads, through in depth sales training.
- Attending daily meetings in office prior to canvassing sessions to build sales acumen and measure results.
- Navigating company software to input potential client/prospect information.
- Generating leads and booking quote appointments in the field.
- Handling common objections present within specified areas to see where the company can assist in filling gaps in the market and provide service.
- Managing client inquiries and delivering print marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Working towards individual lead/appointment setting goals and contributing to the team's overall goals.
- Attending virtual bi-weekly meetings to review progress and plan for the upcoming week.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development within the company.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Detail oriented, accountable, and coachable

Pay: Commission only
