**Marketing Project Coordinator - Remote (MIN 3YRS EXP REQ)**

We’re looking for a **Marketing Project Coordinator** to join our passionate marketing team.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for organizing the project workload, timeline and staffing for a group of nationally recognized health and wellness brands. You’ll work closely with our multi-talented team of graphic designers, illustrators, and copy writers. Projects will range over a diverse set of medium including digital, print, and product packaging.

This is a remote-working position, although you may be required on occasion to travel in the Greater Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with cross-department team leaders to understand creative briefs, create and implement appropriate project scopes and timelines, identify key milestones, organize the required information and gather the appropriate resources
- Ensure that marketing initiatives are inline with the company’s objectives and strategies
- Coordinate the activities of the team and leverage internal resources to execute multiple projects
- When appropriate, identify and hire outside help and resources to ensure the successful completion of marketing initiatives
- Monitor progress on projects through scheduling, resourcing, stakeholder communication and maintaining project management tools
- Upward reporting of project updates to department leaders

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of proven working experience in Project Management
- Preference for prior experience working with Agile frameworks
- Problem-solving with the ability to be resourceful, creative, and think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with mínimal supervision
- Solid organizational skills including strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, Asana and other project management tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
