**THE TEAM**:
Aquilini Group (“AG”) is a diversified family business founded in Vancouver, BC more than 50 years ago with roots in the real estate development and construction industry. Today the company owns and manages an international real estate portfolio that includes commercial and residential properties, hotels, golf courses, vineyards and blueberry and cranberry farms. In addition to its ongoing pursuits in real estate development and construction, AG has expanded its holdings to include assets in the sports & entertainment, renewable energy, aquaculture, tourist attractions, restaurants, and food & beverage industries.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Business and Solution Analyst will be part of the Information Technology Department responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving technology solutions.

You will support in ensuring superior quality across business technology solutions through the proactive management, and optimization of solutions.

You will be a key team member for the analysis, implementation, support, and the maintenance of ERP, CRM, BI and integration (ESB/ETL) solutions.

**THE ROLE**:
**IT Governance**
- Data governance: ensuring data integrity, cleaning, access, migration, refresh, backup
- Incident management: implementing processes to manage solution and user issues
- Knowledge management: building and managing a knowledge base (how to, technical implementation, functional flows)

**Business Analysis/Design/Build**
- Collecting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Working with relevant cross functional partners to ensure the solution design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure
- Managing and building reports and dashboards in conjunction with user input
- Updating technical and functional documentation

**Maintenance/Support**
- Managing user administration: access, visibility, and permissions
- Managing customizations including objects, fields, workflows, approval process, validation rules
- Providing daily platform and user support. Provide tier 3 knowledge and support to resolve incidents
- Developing database queries and conducting analyses
- Performing mass exports, transformations and uploads / updates of data as required.
- Monitoring data quality
- Helping with regression testing during releases. Implementing structured testing to ensure functionality and to identify and address deficiencies
- Coordinating with external vendors

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2+ years of supporting business solutions (ERP and/or CRM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with Acumatica or Sage 300 or a similar ERP
- Proficient with Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with SQL Server/ SQL Database an asset
- Software development (C# or Java / Apex) experience an asset
- Knowledge of technology tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, MS DevOps
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- The appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritize an issue/request backlog
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, time management and organization skills
