**Purpose**

MYNDRIVEN SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with experience in UKG HR and workforce management solutions

The incumbent in this role will work closely with our clients to understand all current HR business processes and provide recommendations that will contribute to creating more efficiencies using their HRM solutions.

This position is responsible for the analysis, design, verification, training, and change management of our clients’ human resources information systems (HRIS) and data and is responsible for providing technical advisory services, guidance, and recommendations to management regarding system requirements based on company resources and needs.

**Key Areas of Accountability**
- Provides support on leading technical initiatives and projects including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, design, implementation, and training end users.
- Supports configuration of business processes; ensuring appropriate security is applied within role limits.
- Provides end-user troubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance and escalation management.
- Monitors reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identifies potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.
- Recommends changes and improvements to existing processes and reports and gathers data as necessary.
- Identifies and makes recommendations for new or improving current systems and processes with considerations for improved efficiency, effectiveness, financial implication, quality, and scalability.
- Ensures employee information captured is compliant with any legislation related to employee data.
- Motivated to take initiative to identify and anticipate department’s needs and make recommendations for implementation.
- Applies HR functional knowledge in optimizing HR information systems support.
- Responsible for the review, testing and implementation of HR information system upgrades or patches.
- Conducts User Acceptance testing for any updates and new features to the systems.
- Develops and maintains training documentation on business processes & HR systems.

**Qualifications**
- Undergraduate Degree
- CPHR designation would be considered an asset, but not essential
- HR/People Analytics certification would be considered an asset, but not essential

**Experience**
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing a UKG solution
- 3 - 5 years’ related HR work experience and knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
- 2 - 3 years’ experience using HRIS and Payroll software/s

**Work Environment**
- Metro Vancouver-based, hybrid role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
