**Within this team, we have an opportunity for a Business Operations Analyst to work in a talented, cross-functional, highly collaborative team to analyze business data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.

This individual must possess **2+ years of experience in using Tableau, SQL or Tableau Prep, and strong critical thinking skills**. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, high data literacy, and intellectual curiosity. Ideally, you are an exceedingly organized, results-oriented individual who knows how to redirect around pitfalls, remain flexible and positive in an ever-changing environment. This role will thrive at collaboration with product managers and various cross-functional team members as both customers and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Tableau to analyze and visualize complex business data and create insightful reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, and develop data models and strategies to support business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- DevelopSQL queries and scripts or use Tableau Prep to extract, manipulate, and transform data from multiple sources.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
- Analyze operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Operations Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role utilizing Tableau.
- Proficiency in Tableau, with a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and techniques.
