**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs
- Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
- Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Explain repair recommendations to customers and address any questions or concerns
- Process payments for services rendered
- Maintain customer records and update service history

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred (PBS expereinced prefered)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with technicians and other staff members
