**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their automotive service needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer concerns and vehicle issues.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer information and service requirements.
- Manage service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance customer experience.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer trust.
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and practices.
- Sales skills to promote dealership services and products effectively.
