**Auto Repair Service Advisor / Shop Manager**

As an Auto Repair Service Advisor / Shop Manager, you'll communicate between customers and our service technician team. Put your customer service skills to work at one of Canada's most respected car repair and automobile maintenance companies. Your goal is to drive sales growth and profitability with a customer-centric approach.

**Top priorities for this position are**:

- Great customer communication skills with a service and sales mentality. While you don't need to know everything about cars to succeed, you do need to know how to ask the right questions and recommend customer solutions that will build loyal customers and contribute to a successful store.
- Ability to juggle several projects at a fast pace, keeping customers and team members informed and satisfied throughout the process.
- A positive attitude Our customers are the most important aspect of our business and providing high-quality customer service is our number one priority.

**To be a successful Service Advisor / Manager, you'll need**:

- Previous automotive repair sales and management experience.
- A proven record of moving the sales needle through superior customer service.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and co-workers
- To thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to work full-time - (including periodic Saturdays)
- Clean driving record and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.

Midas in Brantford is looking for the right combination of the ideal shop service advisor and possible shop manager.

Automotive knowledge and experience are required.

We offer competitive compensation, benefits, and bonus incentives.

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Automotive Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)
