**Job Summary**:
Hermont Tire is seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Accounts Receivable Clerk** to join our finance team. This **overnight shift** position is critical to ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions and maintaining strong, professional relationships with our customers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and record incoming payments accurately in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information and resolving discrepancies.
- Generate invoices and submit them to Fleet Management Companies using Auto Integrate.
- Conduct account analysis to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions and maintain organized records.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry—especially in parts and service—is desirable and will be considered when determining pay.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Familiarity with financial services and account analysis is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule**:
This position is for the **overnight shift**. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
