Blackbird Security Inc. is currently hiring an **Office Administrator, Operations and Reception **to join our **Etobicoke, ON **headquarters team.

**Role Summary**
As the **Office Administrator, Operations and Recception**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Etobicoke, ON headquarters. Supporting key departments and the Regional Leadership team, you will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills. **Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and take ownership of administrative tasks and front desk reception.
- Support operations administration by managing company assets such as uniforms and asset management, including audits, dry cleaner and guard drop off /pickups.
- Participate in the development of process documents and procedures.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Take ownership to track and report receipts and expenses for the regional operations team to support expense audits.
- Conduct research on ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Effectively and professionally communicate with clients when necessary.
- Support the office team with systems administration as required.
- Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc projects.
- Provide support to the administrative and leadership teams.
**Job Requirements**
- Some post-secondary education.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an administrative assistant is required.
- Technologically savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Experience in the security industry is an asset, but not necessary.
- Preference will be given to bilingual applicants (French and English).
- Willingness to use personal vehicle for work-related purposes (paid parking).
- Must be able to reliably commute to our Etobicoke, ON office.
