**Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Quickbooks
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while providing excellent customer support.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes using QuickBooks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times..
- Previous experience as a receptionist and office manager or assistant preferred
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Remuneration 36K plus
