Smith and Long is the fastest growing, large-scale, multi-trade company in the Canadian market. We are uniquely positioned in the traditional fields of Electrical, Mechanical, and Engineering, with an internal culture much like a software start-up.

As our Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by ensuring that all necessary resources are acquired and available on time to keep the business running smoothly. From identifying the best partners to managing inventory, your contributions will help keep Smith and Long operating like a well-oiled machine.

This position is based out of our office in Etobicoke, Ontario, and is an entry-level opportunity with potential for growth into more advanced roles in the future.

As our Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Supporting the Operations team with resource requests
- Managing and organizing all relevant documentation
- Maintaining records of items acquired and received
- Preparing reports
- Communicating the status of requests and following up after completion
- Assisting project teams with urgent matters
- Continuously reviewing current processes and making recommendations for improvement
