We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented **Clinic Administrative Coordinator** to join our **South clinic**. This role is front-of-house and is essential to the smooth flow of the clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, support our physiotherapists, and also assist with our sport medicine physician scheduling and medical office processes.

**Role Overview**

This is an _in-clinic_ role in our **South Edmonton** location.
Full-time preferred (Monday-Friday, with occasional early evening shifts).

You will:

- Welcome patients and provide an exceptional, positive clinic experience
- Answer phones, book appointments, and manage the physiotherapy & physician schedules
- Process payments, direct billing, and insurance documentation
- Support our physicians with medical office admin (e.g., faxing, referrals, requisitions)
- Maintain clinic flow, cleanliness, inventory, and daily organization tasks
- Assist physiotherapists with treatment room turnover and operational support as needed

- Has strong computer and scheduling system skills
- (Experience in a medical/clinic setting is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person)_

**Qualifications**
- Customer service or administrative experience required
- Previous clinic or medical office experience is an asset
- Comfortable learning clinic software (Healthquest/Juvonno/Accuro or similar)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare admin standards
