Dental Front Desk Manager

**Summary**
Busying office at the center of Waterloo city is seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team, This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities while providing exceptional service to our patients. The Front Desk Manager will play a key role in enhancing patient experiences and supporting our practice's mission.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for optimal office productivity (We using ABELDent system).
- Supervise front desk staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Maintain electronic medical records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Assist with budgeting and financial management of the front office operations.
- Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient care effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Proven more than two years experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records systems, particularly Dentrix.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing schedules and records.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
