**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and manage front desk interactions with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate and confirm appointments to optimize scheduling efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic records using Tracker
- Handle phone communications promptly and courteously
- Uphold patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Support billing, insurance verification, and general administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in a dental office front desk role
- Proficiency in Tracker or similar EMR systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Availability to work Monday evenings, full
- day Fridays, and full-day Saturdays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 25 per week
