**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring efficient patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to optimize office efficiency.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records using systems such as Dentrix or Epic.
- Oversee billing processes, insurance verification plus collecting breakdowns, and collections to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, organized office environment.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in dental assisting and as a dental receptionist is a MUST.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Abeldent is highly desirable.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
