**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using office scheduling software.
- Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records systems, such as Abledent.
- Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Process patient forms and insurance information accurately.
- Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with insurance companies when needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for patients.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the office.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is a must have.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and electronic medical records software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
