Job Description

Our expertise is in Commissioning & Qualification, Validation, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Project Management.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Material Planner in Burlington, ON (On-site).

Responsibilities

- Align supply and inventory with demand forecasts in collaboration with Marketing and Operations.

- Ensure timely delivery of quality materials to support project and production needs.

- Support New Product Development (NPDI) by securing materials and managing vendor contracts.

- Monitor market trends, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

- Forecast material demand, maintain inventory accuracy, and oversee work orders.

- Coordinate material flow between teams and vendors while ensuring ERP data integrity.

- Provide reports and insights to support production planning and project milestones.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in procurement, materials, or supply chain management within a manufacturing or project-based environment.

- CSCP, SCMP, or APICS certification preferred.

- Skilled in material planning, inventory control, and ERP systems.

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation abilities.
