This position offers the opportunity to work in a therapy clinic for children and youth. The environment provides a safe welcoming space for all. We are looking for an individual to welcome families with a friendly face and provide administrative support for the clinic. This position would be best suited for someone looking to be part of a collaborative, fulfilling environment. This position is a new, part time position with the opportunity to grow into full time. We are looking for someone who is organised, detailed orientated, proactive, and willing to take on a range of tasks. Applicants must be willing to learn new skills, provide information to the community, and provide direct support to the current owner/operator.

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the clinic
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Scheduling, booking and client cancellation management
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with billing and funding submissions.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Supply ordering and maintenance
- Direct support to the owner
- Social media creation and maintenance
- Keeping client files up to date

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in typing, Excel and digital filing
- Knowledge of Jane booking system is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
