**Qualifications**:
- High school graduate or an equivalent GED
- 1+ years of reception and administrative experience
- Must be a team player and be able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Strong organizational skills
**Responsibilities**:
- Be at the very front of our beautiful new head office building
- Greet people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting appropriate staff when someone is there to meet or visit them
- Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
- Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system, along with setting up conference calls as requested
- Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner, also manage outgoing mail and packages for pickup
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
- Manage and order supplies for the office and retail stores
- Organize paper and electronic documents in alphabetical and numerical order
- Sort and distribute incoming paperwork for Accounts Payable
- Maintain filing system for Accounts Payable
- Other duties as requested
