**Role and responsibilities**
This role aims to identify and close prospect opportunities, manage existing client accounts and uncover and win new business across mid
- and enterprise markets.
- Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach. Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and deliver persuasive pitches to secure new contracts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, negotiate contracts, and ensure a seamless transition to the technical team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, conducting regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling by aligning cybersecurity solutions with client business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that address their unique needs, ensuring seamless implementation and consistent value delivery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system to streamline reporting and follow-up efforts.
- Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to position our solutions effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company’s network and visibility.
- Management of own time for calls, networking, travel, and preparation of proposals

**Experience & Qualifications you'll need to succeed**:

- 2-5 years of directly selling cybersecurity solutions with a proven track record of Success.
- Ability to succeed in a sales environment: prospecting, building pipelines, and closing business.
- A proven track record of delivering sales of complex services and solutions in a competitive market, winning mid-market clients and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Able to develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
- Able to create detailed and persuasive proposal documents for the bidding process, outlining business viability.
- Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills.

**CERTIFICATIONS**
- Certifications or training in sales or account management is highly desired.

**Additional notes**
- Experience working in startups or fast-growing organizations.
