# Sales Executive# Sales Executive---### Job **Description**Perma Seal Windows & Doors has been a trusted name in Alberta for over 60 years, specializing in the manufacturing, installation, and restoration of high-quality windows and doors. With expertise in residential, commercial, and heritage restoration projects, we are committed to delivering craftsmanship, durability, and service excellence to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Edmonton. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in windows and doors sales, construction sales, or B2C environments, who are eager to grow within a well-established and forward-looking company. Key Responsibilities • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales across residential, commercial, and heritage restoration markets. • Develop strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. • Present and promote products and services with professionalism, emphasizing quality and long-term value. • Prepare and deliver accurate project quotations, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of sales. • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, installation, and project management) to ensure seamless project execution. • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using company-provided tools and CRM systems. • Represent Perma Seal at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events as required. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience in window and door sales preferred; candidates with construction or B2C sales backgrounds will also be considered. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Knowledge of fenestration products, restoration, or building envelope systems is an asset. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the Edmonton region when required. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary plus commission structure (commission on completed projects). • Gas allowance for travel outside Edmonton, reimbursed as per CRA mileage standards. • Professional training and ongoing development opportunities. • Marketing and sales support materials provided. • Potential career progression into Sales Manager or Project Coordinator roles. • Collaborative and supportive work environment, with recognition for performance and contribution. Work Schedule • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (on-site in Edmonton).
