**Role Summary**:
The Career Transition Consultant will provide individualized coaching, assessments, and career action plans to support employees through their transitions. The consultant will play a key role in delivering positive outcomes for terminated employees.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct career evaluations using psychometric and competency tools.
- Develop personalized career action plans.
- Provide one-on-one coaching on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Facilitate group workshops on career transition topics.
- Track and report on employee progress.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in career coaching or outplacement services (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in career transition consulting.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (preferred).
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Contract.
**Location**: Hybrid (Toronto, ON).
**Compensation**: Competitive, based on experience.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60.00-$125.00 per hour
