Burnaby, Canada Fusion Security Full time

**Fusion Security** is currently seeking an experienced, dynamic security professional with outstanding customer service and communication skills for the position of **Account Manager**.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 5 years of Security Manpower experience
- Minimum 2 years of Management experience
- A valid BC Security Guard license
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid BC Driver's License with clean Driver's Abstract
- Must have own vehicle (car allowance will be provided)
- Experience with Microsoft Office and industry software such as scheduling and activity tracking

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions efficiently
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent matters in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently in the field and in an office environment with a team
- Ability to lead by example dealing fairly and tactfully, providing clear and consistent leadership and guidance
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without losing focus

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver quality security services, ensuring adequate personnel are deployed in positions/assignments are licensed, trained and equipped to fulfill the conditions of the contract
- Manage processes and systems providing regular feedback on service satisfaction
- Demonstrate a customer/client focus, ensuring the clients are continuously kept informed of issues and situations affecting their organization/facility, maintaining an on-going knowledge of their expectations and unique needs
- Build a healthy, productive work environment ensuring all processes and activities incorporate safety regulations and standards
- Inspire and lead others, maximizing the human resource potential through effective leadership, ensuring job expectations are clear, performance evaluations and incentives are appropriate
- Demonstrate professionalism, displaying a high level of competency and knowledge in the corporation's business

This position reports directly to the Manager, Security Services and is based at the head office located in Burnaby, BC.

(Part 1, Section 2) of the _Security Services Act of British Columbia_ requires all Security Services Workers are required to hold a valid BC Security License to be employed or employable.
