**Job Summary**:
We are looking to hire an On-Site, Key Account Manager for one of our clients in North York; this will be under our Industrial Recruitment Division in Ontario. This position is responsible for client relationship building and a variety of HR duties (ex. Recruiting, on-boarding, training, performance review.).

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Act as a first point of contact for our client on-site regarding staffing projects & requirements
- Responsible for client relationship building
- Positions recruit for are general labor, machine operator, forklift operators, production staff, etc.
- Partner/collaborate with other internal team & client representatives; fulfill staffing request & job order requirements
- Support team members, when required
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Have an interest in industrial recruiting, HR, and staffing functions
- Good computer & administrative skills (great data entry & MS Office skills)
- Great time management skills; able to manage & prioritize changing priorities
- Team player; collaborative; roll up their sleeve to help others (when required & available)
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Great communication skills (written & verbal)
- Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude
