Northridge, established in 1997, is an automation/integration company that specializes in the service, installation, and manufacturing of electrical propane control systems for propane terminals. With a small team of passionate employees, we focus on nurturing talent through extensive training and development.

**Summary**

We are seeking a Business Development Manager from the oil & gas industry to join our team. In this role, as our only BD individual on staff, you will be instrumental in driving growth by expanding our client base in the propane distribution sector.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth.
- Utilize Hubspot for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the design /build department to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in driving business development or sales within the oil & gas sector.
- A basic understanding of electrical or mechanical controls is recommended
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract/client management.
- Familiarity with maintaining a CRM software.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
