Jacqueline Rae Events is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator with strong attention to detail to join our team. As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks and utilizing online software systems to streamline operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize online software systems to schedule appointments, assign tasks, and track project progress.
- Handle client inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and project databases using the designated online software systems.
- Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, and managing vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, reorder supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an office administrator or a similar role.
- Proficiency in online software systems with a strong ability to navigate and utilize their features effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Additional pay:
