We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Coordinator** to join our growing sales team and help drive new business opportunities.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team, and your efforts will contribute to achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth of the company’s solar projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Tailored Proposal Development**: Serve as the main point of contact between the sales and design teams to create customized solar proposals that address client needs while ensuring alignment with regional regulations and company policies.
- **Proposal Design, Review, and Approval**: Lead the proposal process by managing the design, review, and approval stages. Ensure that all proposals are accurate, feasible, and meet client expectations prior to sales meetings.
- **Lead Response & Sales Support**: Proactively address and respond to lead inquiries, ensuring that potential sales opportunities are swiftly advanced through the process and contracts are signed in a timely manner.
- **Regional Solar Policy & Incentive Expertise**: Stay up-to-date with the latest solar policies, incentives, and regulatory changes in each province. Leverage this knowledge to ensure compliance and optimize proposal templates for each region.
- **Continuous Improvement of Sales Practices**: Gather actionable feedback from the sales teams regarding the sales process, customer interactions, and proposal content. Use insights to continuously enhance the company’s procedures, standards, and solutions to drive success.
- **Sales Progress Monitoring**: Collaborate with the sales teams to track the progress of contracts and projects. Monitor milestones, timelines, and progress on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure timely delivery.
- **Training & Development**: Provide ongoing training and support to the sales teams to ensure they have the latest product knowledge, technical expertise, and an understanding of industry trends and policies—helping to improve overall sales performance.
- **Sales Target Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales teams to strategize and implement initiatives that support the achievement and surpassing of annual sales targets.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or project management role, ideally in the renewable energy or construction sectors.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A results-driven approach with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regional solar regulations and incentives across Canada is highly desirable.
