Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator

Cosmetic Club MD, a luxury medical aesthetic clinic on the North Shore, is seeking a dedicated, personable, and skilled Aesthetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team. Our medical director, Dr. Eli Akbari, is a double board-certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, and together, we provide exceptional, first-class experiences to our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage reception tasks (scheduling appointments, follow-up calls, processing payments, basic bookkeeping) - Handle phone calls and inquiries about our services - Deliver exceptional patient care through all interactions, focusing on an elevated patient experience - Coordinate and participate in education/training and clinic events - Provide detailed pre and post-treatment education and instructions - Plan and create content for social media platforms - Develop charts and treatment forms for new services - Educate and offer tailored solutions through product and service offerings - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in all work areas - Embrace a sense of ownership and pride in your role Your Background: - Warm, professional, and organized with 2+ years of experience in customer service - Exceptional customer service and telephone communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities - Reliable, dedicated, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment - Quick learner, able to work independently and with the team - Innovative problem solver with experience in social media marketing - Familiarity with clinic management systems (e.g. JaneApp) and Google Workspace - Fluent in English Our Philosophy: At Cosmetic Club MD, we pride ourselves on our holistic approach and tailor-made solutions.
